How do I place an order?
Placing an order with ORIGINPRESS is simple. Find the type of product you would like to have produced (i.e., postcards) in the products section or from the products sidebar listed on many of the pages. Choose specifics about your order in the price calculator on the right side of the page. When all options are selected, click the "add to cart" button to add the job to your shopping cart. When ready to complete your order, click on the Shopping Cart menu and proceed to checkout. Upon completing checkout, you will be prompted to upload your final art on our server to begin your order. Later, you will receive either a pdf proof or hard copy proof depending on your selection.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Our turnaround time varies depending on the product selected, and is listed with each product. Your turnaround time begins when you approve your proof whether it’s a pdf or hardcopy. Generally, proofs are sent out same day as long as the job is placed within our normal business hours of 9am-5pm Eastern Time Zone, Monday thru Friday. Please note that our offices are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Please also note, that our turnaround time does not include shipping time. Shipping time is based on the options chosen by you when placing your order.
If you do need your job printed in a rush, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Does turnaround time include shipping time?
No, turnaround time does not include shipping time. Our turnaround is before the package is shipped, and after you approve your proof. If you need your package sooner, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
ORIGINPRESS uses UPS exclusively.
Can I pick up my order?
Sure, if you can come to our location in Mineola, Long Island, New York, we’d love to personally hand deliver your order.
Is there a tracking number for my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification and tracking number via email. You can check on your order by visiting www.ups.com and entering your tracking number.
How can I pay for my order?
ORIGINPRESS accepts all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. In addition, all orders are paid for in advance, even before you begin to upload your files.
