Controlling Law
The validity, construction and enforcement of the purchase agreement between ORIGINPRESS, Inc. and the Buyer shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York.

Limitation of Liability
Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed.ORIGINPRESS, Inc. does not warranty that our website (originprinters.com), its servers or emails sent from ORIGINPRESS, Inc. (originprinters.com) are free from viruses or other harmful components.  ORIGINPRESS, Inc. will not be liable for any damages of any kind from the use of their website (originprinters.com) including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.ORIGINPRESS, Inc. liability in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price paid. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in typography or photography.

Indemnification
The Buyer will defend, indemnify and hold harmless ORIGINPRESS, Inc. and its affiliates from any and all incidental losses, claims, costs, damages of any kind, expenses, including attorneys’ fees, that may be instituted and/or initiated against ORIGINPRESS, Inc. on the grounds that said printing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person, business or corporation.The Buyer certifies that you own rights to or have a license to use the image(s) being reproduced as part of your order.If the Buyer submits orders for or on behalf of a Third Party, you the Buyer are responsible for accuracy of the information provided and must inform the Third Party of all Terms & Conditions applicable to all products and services acquired using this website (originprinters.com).

Customer Artwork
ORIGINPRESS, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order with offensive, indecent, improper content.  In addition, we reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.  The Buyer accepts full liability for the content of the material contained in any approved printed materials.The Buyer is 100% responsible for the digital files provided.  We encourage all Buyers to read and understand the artwork guidelines and templates Origin Press, Inc. has provided on the website (originprinters.com).  Customers will be notified if artwork does not conform to our requirements

Color Proof/Accuracy
ORIGINPRESS, Inc. will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files.The buyer may be charged $25 for each color proof used by ORIGINPRESS, Inc. for all orders.  It is at ORIGINPRESS, Inc. discretion whether or not the Buyer is sent the Hard Copy proof for approval. Buyers will be required to approve any changes to artwork that may have occurred during the print production process.  This may be done via email with an appropriate software file attachment.  We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent.Application of UV coating may affect the appearance of the printed colors.  We are not responsible for he final color appearance of a UV coated product.

Terms of Sale
Each order is to be paid in full, including shipping & handling and applicable taxes, before ORIGINPRESS, Inc. proceeds with the processing on any work.All sales are final.  However, if we verify that ORIGINPRESS, Inc. made an error, we will re-run your order.

Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards, PayPal, checks or Money Orders in U.S. currency only.

Sales Tax
New York State Buyers are required to pay the appropriate state, city and county tax for their areas.If Buyer is Tax Exempt, an exemption certificate must be mailed or faxed to ORIGINPRESS, Inc.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be processed within 48 hours from date of order Monday through Friday.  Upon approval of artwork, your order will be printed and shipped.  Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, ORIGINPRESS, Inc. will begin the processing of your order on the following Monday or next business day.All orders are shipped Monday through Friday.  Buyer agrees not to hold ORIGINPRESS, Inc. liable for any shipment delays caused by a shipping carrier, weather, and any other circumstances beyond our control or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a print job on time.If necessary, ORIGINPRESS, Inc. will re-ship an order due to the Buyer supplying an incorrect shipping address.  The Buyer will be charged the additional Shipping and Handling fees. ORIGINPRESS, Inc. does not guarantee delivery dates as we can only calculate shipment and delivery dates based on estimates provided by our shippers.  Your order may arrive late due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds & Cancellations
The Buyer must notify ORIGINPRESS, Inc. within 24 hours from the delivery about any defects.  In order to receive a replacement, you must return 100% of the defective order within 10 days from delivery.No refunds are available on orders unless work has not been processed and the refund is requested on the same day order is placed.  A $25.00 processing fee will be charged. The Buyer may cancel an order as long as ORIGINPRESS, Inc. has not completed any work for that order.  A $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
